Message:   i agree with Terry.

it sounds like something is not right. Like Terry, i use a second low balance account on my B of A and transfer the money to it and from there to where ever i need it to go. i use a CC for payments to buy parts from people on ebay instead of using a direct pay from my second account.

it took me a few tries to get it all set up but i actually called B of A and explained what i was having a problem with at PayPal and they helped me figure it out.

also keep in mind i am NO fan of B of A with all their lame fees and poor Customer Service but moving all my dorect bill pays and direct deposits would SUCK.
