Message:   I was treated very well by Firm Feel on all occasions. They demonstrated a great willingness to help me in any reasonable way and were very courteous, even when I was pretty angry. They offered to set things straight, remove the lube, and send gearbox back to me. So, excellent customer service. Because of that and their reputation for quality work I would choose them again for a gearbox rebuild or other services. I think they're good folks and it just boils down to: mistakes happen.

Also: some mfgrs specify grease in their Saginaw manual gearboxes so it's really just a Mopar thing.
