These seats were removed from 1971 D series trucks but Ted Piche removed them so I need to get him to weigh in & tell us what model. His 1971 W300 is a rare, rare, rare model with 10,000 original miles & original 9' Utiline bed. It was a one owner privately owned custom order & it has this identical seat.
The seats I have look exactly the same as the second picture you posted only with different designed upholstery. I'll see what literature I have that might show them.
To answer your question...yes...they fit a D/W200.
What years you ask...don't know what year this patern of upholstery was used but 1971 for sure.
