If you're going to do the fab work yourself you can find the winch driveshafts at most farm equipment or heavy truck service shops or dealers. They're very commonly used on tractors to power 3 point and pto stuff, and on big trucks as lay shafts.

You can buy the u-joints, shafts, pillow blocks etc and assemble your own if you can't find original. Not really that hard at all.
