Message:   Dry or broken [or both] needle bearing in one or more axis of the u-joint will make a very sharp 'click' sound, sometimes in only one phase angle of the joint each time shaft makes one full rotation. My guess is you've got a u-joint with fried bearing, probably the type with no grease fitting?
