Message:   The way I did it was to start the engine and let it warm up real good. The when engine is warm adjust curb idle scew until rpm is about 500-400 rpm. Shut it off, remove valve covers and then crack loose all the adjustment nuts, slightly tighten back up. Start it back up and adjust valves, really easy with it idling so slow. Also it isn't pumping oil all over. Button her up, reset curb idle and you're done.

Shouldn't be pumping much oil anyway! Make sure the drainback holes on lower outer corners of heads are real clear, like with a .22 caliber rifle cleaning brush.

Fel-Pro had a metal & rubber valve cover gasket for Poly's, lasts for years. Cork is almost 1 time use.
