I'd use the cheery '75 frame and sheet metal and just swap the running gear over. It's more than likely a lot less work than fitting all the 75 sheet metal onto the 92 and the 92 sounds like it's beat. Check the hood hinges and latch locations, can you put the 92 hood onto the 75 and save the hassle of redoing the radiator?
