Message:   That horsepower rating brings to mind a few options, Since the 383 block was the only "car" motor that Dodge ever used in the trucks without beefing it up with series 2 or 3 upgrades, it was identical to the motor placed into cars. In 1968 the 383 went up to 325 HP. I wonder if any of those high output motors made it into a truck???
