Message:   There for awhile the dealers would balk at warranty repairs, this was driven by Daimler. Well this morning when I had my Dakota in for something else, the service advisor came up to me and told me that Chrysler has given extended warranties on ball joints and that they would like to replace them free of charge. I was kind of shocked that they would voluntarily look for that and tell me that. Sounds like the dealers are starting to care again. A good move for winning back customers.
