Message:   2 hours on the grill. I was a little worried that my rotissory motor wouldnt handle a 19 lb turkey, but its going fine, must be a Chrysler unit. The skin looks golden brown, searching the web, they say that if I smoke it heavy, the skin will turn almost black but the meat will be a mouth watering hickory taste. I have chips in a pan in the grill. I also am spraying it with a olive oil beer solution and rubbed it down with rosemary and garlic. The inside cavity I stuffed with oranges and apple slices.
