Message:   Well im taking the plunge and am going to GRILL the turkey on my rotissory. I hope it doesnt come out dry. I am going to stuff it with apples in hopes of giving it flavor and moistness. Im also going to add some hickory chips on the grill for a smokey taste. I know the meat has to be at 180 to fully get cooked but what temp should I set my grill on? Ive never done this but have the urge so here goes. Wish me luck.
