Message:   is your 413 a car or truck engine?
does it have gear drive cam or chain drive
trucks had a reverse rotation cam if I remember right

maybe 61 is entirely different, but most 361 & 413 truck engines are the same, got truck heads or car heads? 8 bolt flywheel?
