Message:   The Grand Canyon Region of the Plymouth Owners Club had its monthly meeting this afternoon. Several members reported their observations re old cars NOT selling well! Most observers felt that sales were definitely down. Bidders were sitting on their hands. I personally saw Hemi-cars with reserves of $80-125K that only reached 1/2 to 2/3 of that reserve, and remain Unsold. Several mid-70's Lincolns in niiiice condition...sold for $700-1,200.00 each. One Bidder said "The whole world is holding onto its money".

PS. A 1962 Townwagon(4x2), not all original, no rust Cali-car,
restored to #1 condition, bid to $22,000.00 Unsold as Reserve was 25K!
