Message:   Yes, BUT, that was in 1999. In Jan. of 2007 the EPA regulated zinc and phosphate.
If you look at the chart PDF that I posted, from Sept. 2007, Mobil One Racing does have the highest amount of zinc and phosphate, more than Valvoline Max Life.
That seems strange, because if the EPA is regulating zinc and phosphate, I wonder why the amount varies by manufacturer????
Also, I misread that chart, the Max Life high zinc and phosphate levels are from the Max Life additive, NOT the regular Max Life oil. Comp Cams and Crane Cams additive are the highest in zinc and phosphate and be aware that Mobile one is a synthetic, it is NOT to be used during break in.
