Message:   The body problems will probably be substantial from the looks of this truck. As stated before, front cab mounts are most likely rotted, which means floors are probably bad also. I would also suggest you look at the radiator/grill mounting area. That is most likely broken/rotted where it bolts to the frame.
I have owned several of these 68/69 W200/W300 Dodge trucks. From the photos, this is going to be a big project. I would not pay over $1200.00 for this truck. And, that is based on the assumption it is a running/driving truck. If it does not run, offer $750.00 for it. These trucks are fun to fix up, but can become a money pit in a hurry.
