Message:   My 68 W200 is my favorite vehicle. I think you are very lucky to have Dana 60's front and rear. Most W200's have the Dana 44 front which is still a good front end.

Sounds like a very strong truck. Most all of them have rusty floors and as Norm suggested, you can get replacement floors from VPW.

The 4 speed trans (NP435) and divorced t-case (NP201) in the 68's are fantastic. The parts that are stock on your rig are what rock crawlers upgrade their trucks with.

The hood has been replaced. The 68 does not dip down in the middle as the hood on your truck does. That hood was used from 61-67 only. The 68 lip runs straight across over the grill but is otherwise the same. Someone replaced that hood and perhaps other body parts... hence the mis-alignment. Look at the cab supports as Norm suggests and consider replacing them along with new floor pans and put her to work!
