Message:		Hey folks- In trying to diagnose some engine noise I pulled the valve covers off my poly today to discover that there is no mechanical adjustments to be made- hydraulic lifters. I'm having trouble identifying my engine and finding info on it. The truck is a 65 long wheel base crew d200 with just about every option available at the time all stock with about 45,000 on the clock. I'd like to find more info on the different 318 poly's. I have searched here and and other places but cannot turn up and reference to hydraulic lifters in a poly.
