Message:   Is your pin solid or does it have a hollow core? I had a three on the tree with that same problem, the pin had a hollow core and I drove it for years with a piece of baling wire wrapped through it to keep it from falling out (might I be a redneck?). Another friend of mine has had very good luck with those fat blue rubber bands that come around broccoli and asparagus. I realize that neither one is particularly attractive, but they will get you down the road for pennies while you figure out something more permanent.
