Message:   Johns Dually had not been started for a couple months. It's been cold for a few weeks but only into the teens. I thought I should fire it up yesterday. The fuel needed to be pumped up to the carb by the starter. It did just fine and started right away.

Just on the rotation before firing I heard the drop in volts. Rotation of about 1/2 speed occured. I then drove it to a better holding area a few miles away.

I parked it and thought to myself,... Why not see what the battery does. uuurang,.. uuurang, it went. Dead soldier. It had excellent cranking power,.. until it imploded. I usually take batteries out of the bitter cold and bring them into a warm area for the winter months. Not this time,!! BTW, I buy used batteries for my harem so I should expect this. That is the reason why I treat them like they are in a rest home.

Whoops gotta go pee now,.. Whoops,.. take them shoes off first gordo,.. like Terry said. Gordo
