Message:   $2.99 gas is based upon 12,000 miles per year, for three years. Based upon the EPA rating of that vehicle.
Example" 12,000 miles, times 16 mpg equals 750 gallons per year, times the savings.
Gas here is $4.67 less $2.99 equals $1.68 times 750 for an annual savings of $1,260.
That's a tad complicated but if fewer folks were as dumb as the ones in the half dollar post, there would be more people using this program
Diesel is $5.03 here, adjusted for the $2.99 program, it would be a savings of $2.04, times 750 equals $1,530 a year for three years, total savings is $4,590, not a bad rebate...
