Message:   NOS is a different story entirely, so of course that's legal. I guess I'd still be hardnosed even if Laysons wasn't personally manufacturing Mopar items, but was selling them as authentic or authorized reproductions while knowing they weren't.

Reading the wording in some of their old ads no mention is made that they are unauthorized re-pops, just that they are exact replicas etc. If they're exact, without paying the piper that trademarked them, then trouble's brewing.

I admit I'm oversensitive to patent and trademark ripoffs. Also see: China and before that Japan, Taiwan, plus India etc.
