Message:   The Dealer network is Chrysler's own worst nightmare. They give the company a bad image, they tell the manufacturer misinformation about which models sell the best so that they can load up the lot with high profit margin vehicles. They tell the factory that no one will buy a diesel powered vehicle, just because they are too cheap to train mechanics and buy the test equipment. The Dealer network needs an enema and we need the list of bad dealers and good dealers, so the same thing goes for your post, send me the names, we're starting a list...can you say "secret shopper"...
