Message:   No the front end kits are steering components.
Click on Chrysler, then your truck model, then scroll to see if they have springs for your model available. Not all springs are available.
You can also try Superlift and Skyjacker, they both used to carry leaf springs for older Dodges.
Normally shocks will not be the issue unless they are in a bind and holding the spring DOWN. Simply unbolt one end of the shock to see if it is binding and you can also compress the shock by hand with one end disconnected to see how worn it is. OEM shocks are normally good for about 18-24 months, tops....
