Message:   The master cylinder is making sufficient pressure to force fluid through clogged lines to apply brake shoes, but the residual pressure returning to master is at a lower pressure after having moved the shoes. There isn't enough residual pressure to push fluid back through clogged lines to master again. Worst case scenario you may have to replace your steel lines due to internal rust, as old brake fluid collects water in it over time.
