Message:   A young lady, near and dear to my heart, just started at a federally supported program for the under privilaged. The stories I hear are unbelieable.
Planning and originazation are not in their lexicon. Two days after opening the boss goes on a two week vacation, leaving the mice to play.
BTW lunches are catered, all at your expense.
So, hurry up and pay the Infernal Residue Service , my friend needs a raise.
