Thanks for all of your help on this. I just rebuilt the motor and had been having vibration problems in the tranny ... had to rev it and dump the clutch when moving to be able to drive it without vibration.

When I had it apart, I checked the condition of the pilot bearing ... and there was none! So, I put in a new one, replaced the clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing. It was running and shifting much better with no vibration - I thought all was good until I saw the fluid all over the place.

Hopefully now I'll have that straightened out, and I can start working on the body.
