Message:   It is often the case with takeovers like this that
a prv/equ group will what a 20% return on a company.
They may take a few years to get this and will
get rid of part of, or shutdown part of, a company that does not preforum
close to the 20% mark after adjusting how the company
operates.
In most cases I have seen- this means a BIG change
both in number of people (sal and hour) and products.
This is how they 'fix' things.
In a company that has been making a 3 to 10%
average return- that will be very painfull
as many low return areas are sold or contracted
overseas.


Chrysler will be around, but in what forum will be
hard to say at this time. Five years from now it
may be a better profit wise company, but we may not, or we may, like what 'we' see.
