Message:   They will but cut from what is called a plotter cutter. Its a computer driven machine. Someone will draw the flaps up in cad and they will be cut out from a sheet of rubber. Instead of the molded barbs on the back, which would require a mold to be made and no one wants to make a mold because of cost, it will use a christmas tree type of push pin to mount them to the body. Some Chrysler vehicles used that style of mounting. Thats as about as close as I can get to orginal.
