Were have you been?
On my truck and several that I have looked at, the fresh air damper ducts were torn, and open to the cowl. There was the distictive smell of blow-by and various engine odors coming in through the vents. That's not to say that there is any Carbon Monoxide in that odor (monoxide is ordorless) but I assume that any truck with an exhaust leak AND bad ductwork, that is missing the vent flaps has the potential to have a driver with at least a serious headache after a few hours behind the wheel.
Where have you been hiding? I heard that you were down this way a few weeks ago?
