Message:   Yep, It was a single head light or pie plate 65. The early 65s were quad head light and had a much thinner (and more tasteful in my opinion)stainless steel side strip. Mid 65 was a whole new truck, different wheelbase, double sided bed, one hand tailgate (no chains). long vertical tail lights instead of the round ones. Dodge came out with a new truck mid model year in 65. I own an early 65 and boy was I confused untill I figured this out!
