Message:   I need to know what should be done to start a 318 poly that has set in a garage for a long time. I did the points thing and also found out the fuel pump has went bad. I poured gas down its thoat and it fired on all holes for about 1 second then I quit. I need to know how to push the oil thru it before I really get serious and start it to let it run. Thanks Fleabag!! Also this engine is for sale I can bring to Iowa Power Wagon Rally this year, Price 450.00 the engine has 46,000 miles on it came out of 3/4 ton 60's truck.
