Message:   We found a '62 D100 in a wrecking yard north of town the other day with a very straight and clean short wide bed that we couldn't resist.

The truck was wrecked. It had run into a cement wall going probably 40-60mph and we were told the driver walked away with a broken nose.
I was unable to get a picture of the whole truck as it sat but it was pretty bad.
On the driver's side of the truck, the whole cab shifted sideways about 2". The bed was saved due to the crossmember right under the front of the bed along with a well built tool rack sitting on top of the bed.
Anyways it was a good find for the price.
