Message:   I kind of agree with ya, but I would throw the vac guage away what with the cam & all & just crank it up till it pings & pull it back a tad. One GOOD thing about a good timing light is being able to check max advance. if ya don`t have one of those old distributor machines its the only way to make sure the weights & Vac are working
