Message:   not much. vacuum readings may fluctuate slightly but for the most part will remain steady. for this particular cam my guess is it will pull a max of about 11 to 13 at idle.

the rumpety rump has to do with multiple things, but mostly boils down to reduced velocity in the runners (therefore exposing those runner differences).
