Message:   That procedure is the one I used to put the distributor in. As soon as I bump the starter, it comes to life. Shut it off, bump the starter, comes to life and again, no drag or long crank to get it to come back to life. Its quick to start. I can recheck it again though. It is the stock timing chain cover.
