Message:   The demise of Bill Heard's chain of dealerships started a good while before the financial crisis started. He had set up a business model that was not sustainable even in good times. Now there's hundreds of lawsuits pending against the company but probably very few will be resolved favorably to the folks who got taken in. He lives in Columbus, Ga in a house that was valued at 25 million and I'll bet it's so well hidden from any listing of his assets that he'll still be living there when the smoke from the lawsuits clears.
