Message:   Its been done but there is more to it than meets the eye. For starters it requires grinding on the block for pushrod clearance. Valves are opposing, not in line like a wedge head. There are water holes that dont line up and even one that appears it would dump water into the lifter galley. Years ago I did a layup on an LA block with poly heads. Decided it was too much trouble to deal with for that particular truck. It is not a simple "bolt on" job.
