Message:   One of the reasons I was thinking about this is to my knowledge the Poly 318 block is very simular to the LA 318. Heads and intakes that work on a 67-up 318 will work on a 360. The lifter angle was not changed until 92', I think. The factory bores are much bigger on the 340-360. It's a lot easier to find LA blocks, even for free. People on Craigslist are catching on to the vaalue of Poly engines.
