Serial Number 91030629 has a sequence number of 30629 that is out of range or is a serial number not recognized by the decoder.

I think it should start with a 116 or 118 or 216 for a 1961 D series. Are you sure yours is a 1961? Do you have pictures to post? Your rig was originally a 3 speed.
