Message:   Some Mopar's like the I-6 and Poly's had valve rotators. Can't say for the 361, but if you're worried about it use some Marvel Mystery Oil.
Lead, (which is illegal now and there are no true lead additives) was used as a lubricant, replace the lubricant and you'll be fine until it's time for a rebuild, then install hardened seats or the new Binford 5100 Water Motor....
