Message:   Hey John!

I don't know about English construction methods but over here there's a product used as an air seal on the bottom of metal garage doors. There are several different configurations with maybe a bead on one edge, another with a lip, another just 2 thicknesses of material and another with a bead on both edges plus 2 thickness of material. Saw some flares made out of it once and it looked real good and was tough stuff.

If you wanted to buy something in the 24' length and have it cut shorter and re-packaged & sent your way just holler.
