Message:   You could cut up dead fish and stuff them under seats and wring and splatter the juice and pulp all around the cab then leave in the sun for a few days. Guarantee you won't smell the cigarettes anymore!

In all seriousness, Clean all glass surfaces. Clean all metal and plastic surfaces. Nicotine and smoke stays on those hard surfaces... not just fabric. Vacuum out ashtray and fill with either kitty litter or baking soda to remove odor.

I have heard that straight ammonia is good for absorbing smoke smells.. Maybe put an open bowl in your car over night.

Place a little activated charcoal in a no-spill container (such as a jar with small air holes in the top) and place in car.

Coffee grounds in a no-spill container can also work.

With a damp towel or sponge doused with straight pine cleaner, gently brush headliner getting the nicotine patina off.

Cigarette smoke is very difficult to get out of a car but much easier than dead fish smell or dead guy smell. Trust me on that.
