Message:   Jim I recently did my steering wheel in the TW and used PC-7 epoxy to fill the cracks. I think it will be easier to file than JB Weld. It takes awile to set up but it does the job. I used Krylon paint for plastic and it turned out very nice, no more black hands when the humidity is up. Be careful sanding as the original material disappears very fast. Also use a file or sandpaper to open a V in the cracks to help the epoxy to grab to the wheel.
