Message:   Not too many choices available: soak with good penetrant [PB Blaster or Sea Foam] then use grease and a tight fitting ram and pop it out with hydraulics,

or:

Soak with a good penetrant and use a right angle or hooked pick to reach beyond far end and pull it out. Usually the pilot bushing is shorter than the full depth of the pilot bushing hole so both methods can work.

In some cases a pair of internal snap ring pliers can be modified into a seal or bushing puller.
