Message:   ...the column is too far away from the frame side and box, not too close...correct?
In my installation, the adapter plate was hitting the frame and not getting tight to the frame side. I had to grind off a very small amount to allow it to sit flush. Check your box installation to be sure that the adapter is tight to the frame.
