Message:   Yup, typically that is the case. LUCKY for me, the local napa is a 50 yr old local independant shop that napa bought in the last 10 yrs or so. It is still run the way it always was. Same old gray guys at the counter, at least 50' of paper books in the rack, well worn and grimy, and I see them look my stuff up in there more often than in the g.d. putr. The only downside is usually that expertise comes with a price. But I always tell them that by the laws of supply and demand, the stuff I need should be free, or they should be paying me to take it off their hands. Isnt that what the efn economists say about the efn price of gas?
