Message:   I do alot of dealer work in my shop an the problem is on all vehicles.There is only the zink primer coating on the insides of the panels and where there is foam sealant or glue,the moisture gathers and rust starts.The door bottoms start in the seams under the sealent made to seal the seam.Have seen this on front edges of hoods to.Have even seen aluminum hoods do this.Metal(if you call it that) is thinner,glued,and stamped together,maybe a couple spotwelds. ............pat
