Message:   at the seam not panel rust through. The seams on 1986 with galvanizing are perfect. So something has changed in Chrysler's manufacturing process.
When I worked at Chrysler someone had told (whether its true or not) that they had been a lot of people sliding the bottoms the doors across the shop floor. I don't know if that is the culprit or not, but it is at the bottom seam that is supposed to be sealed. I even had mine with Ziebart. If you look at your Ziebart warranty it will state, doesn't not cover rust that comes from the seam. Chrysler fixed mine once, when it came back I sandblasted the seam, epoxy primer, seam sealer and then por 15 over the seam. Then I poured motor oil down the seams.
