Message:   George, they can be overhauled and parts are available. I suspect Firm Feel maybe switched to off the shelf aftermarket, rhymes with Peking, not duck, instead of Made in USA or Made in Canada quality?

firm Feel was offering DIY rebuild parts, don't know if they still do or the source of those parts.
