Message:   Main advantage is never needing to adjust them. Solids provide a tad more performance, when adjusted properly, because they provide precise and crisp opening and closing of the valves. Hydraulics have a millisecond lag time, not noticeable until you start producing big numbers,... like Frank's motor.....= )
